Natural Stone Flooring

At Naos we offer a large range of slate, travertine, limestone, marble, granite and mosaic in many different finishes and sizes with applications for floors and walls anywhere in the home. We have large, clear displays at our showroom.

Despite the wide choice of materials we work with a relatively small number of supplier / producers in the UK and overseas, preferring to build long term relationships with those companies whose products and service we can rely on. We install a great deal of stone ourselves and therefore need continuity in terms of quality, grading and reliability. We do not deal in 'job lots' and feel this benefits all involved.

Our Services

Supply and Install

The correct selection and installation of natural stone flooring is a specialist activity. The staff of Naos have a combined experience in this field of well over one hundred years. Several of us have worked together for many years, we have a very low turnover of staff and we have trained a number of younger floor layers ourselves.

For those customers who need a comprehensive service we can provide a level of knowledge and skill rarely on offer. Our work is guaranteed and we take care of all the details.

At Naos a typical job would involve the following work:

• Site survey
• Selection of materials
• Provision of a written estimate detailing costs and work to be carried out
• Scheduling of the work

The work will be carried out on time and in addition to laying the natural stone floor we regularly prepare subfloors, install electric underfloor heating or carry out minor ancilliary work such as the provision of new skirtings in stone or wood, trimming internal doors and supplying new door thresholds.

At the end of the job we will ensure you are completely happy before asking for the balance of payment and provide you with instructions and products to look after your new floor.

Supply only

We offer the following on a 'supply only' basis

• tiles
• adhesives
• sealers
• heating mats
• insulation boards
• many other specialist products

We are very happy to offer advice and give a specification for the job.
